C.H. Robinson is seeking a Lead in Monterrey to drive the launch and ongoing success of a newly implemented customer account. You will oversee day-to-day transportation activities, mentor teammates, and coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on-site one day per week.

The role offers a blend of collaboration and autonomy with four remote days, focusing on operational excellence and opportunities to engage with senior leadership as the operation scales.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics.
• 3+ years of experience working with and troubleshooting information systems.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% (domestic and/or international).
• Bilingual: English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day transportation activities within the designated area.
• Mentor and support lower-level logistics peers by sharing expertise.
• Create and document standard operating processes.
• Manage complex exceptions and drive problem solving to prevent recurrence.
• Assist in cross-training within the team.
• Lead efforts to meet operational targets for a region or small account.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and vendors.
• Identify and solve problems using analytical practices.
• Build and present business cases showing ROI and value to customers.
• Collaborate with internal service teams to align with customer objectives.
