You will assist teams with data coordination, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth logistics execution. This paid internship features on-site work four days a week with one remote day, an onboarding program, and exposure to Navisphere, our global supply chain platform.

C.H. Robinson is looking for an Intern in Monterrey to support key operational processes that drive efficiency and deliver value to our customers. In this role, you will contribute directly to the organization by assisting teams in maintaining service excellence and strengthening day-to-day logistics execution. You will support core business activities by coordinating data, assisting with reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations. This internship is designed to help you build foundational industry knowledge while adding measurable value through accuracy, organization, and proactive problem-solving.

Interns are integrated into our teams, giving you the opportunity to learn global freight services and help shippers and carriers optimize supply chains.
