Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Aerospace, Industrial, Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Experience in technical documentation analysis is a plus.
• Experience in continuous improvement projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• MS Office suite including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiar with problem solving methodologies.
• Teamwork and collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Validate quality requirements and records for subassemblies.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Develop tools and methods to optimize Quality Department activities.
• Generate metrics, reports, and presentations on progress and performance.
• Follow up on actions and ensure compliance with objectives.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.
