You will drive regulatory compliance, sustainability, and cost optimization while mentoring coordinators and developing performance dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Perfumery, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience in fragrance development, reformulation, or related project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of fragrance raw materials and formulation processes is desirable.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead reformulation projects across 8,000+ fragrance formulas globally.
• Drive value creation related to regulatory compliance, sustainability, supply continuity, and cost optimization.
• Coordinate reformulation activities to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to track project status and impact.
