Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, Real Estate Asset Management, or a related field within Mexico.
• Strong accounting fundamentals with hands-on process improvement in a startup or high-growth setting.
• Strong understanding of Mexican labor compliance, payroll regulations, and fringe benefits administration.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Finance and Accounting Operations and drive process optimization.
• Support Investment Management and Fund Operations across portfolios and multi-currency funding.
• Manage vendor relations, payments, payroll, and local banking portals.
• Monitor treasury and cash flow to ensure liquidity for operations.
• Partner with budget owners to track spend and enforce policy controls.
• Design and implement process guidelines and mappings to improve oversight.
• Oversee Mexico City office operations, leases, and local HR issues.
