Job summary

H&M is seeking a Facilities Manager to ensure smooth operation of its Mexico site portfolio. The role focuses on maintenance, procurement, lifecycle planning, energy efficiency and cross-functional collaboration to drive safe, compliant, cost-efficient facilities.

The Hybrid position reports to Expansion Manager and is based in the Mexico Support Office, with responsibilities spanning energy management, supplier oversight, and strategic planning for stores and rebuilds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Facility Management and Project Management certifications meriting.
• Strong supplier and contract management skills.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in facility management, construction, and/or real estate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FM scope across the site portfolio, optimizing energy, maintenance, and shopfitting.
• Own FM categories end-to-end, define strategy, standards, and drive cost/quality optimization.
• Lead sourcing and procurement of Facility Service Providers; ensure compliance and high service quality.
• Plan and execute maintenance ensuring safety, data accuracy, and lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with global teams to optimize site portfolio efficiency and cost outcomes.
