Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Event Analyst to support corporate event execution with a focus on quality, compliance, and brand alignment. The role is ideal for early-career professionals seeking growth in a dynamic environment with autonomy and ongoing learning.

You will help coordinate internal and external events, manage vendor relations, and ensure accurate documentation across systems. Hybrid work model in CDMX area.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field (graduate or recent).
• Up to 3 years’ experience in corporate events or stakeholder relations.
• Intermediate English (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support planning and execution of internal/external events following corporate guidelines.
• Manage admin tasks in iConnect platform: vendor ID validation, event criteria reviews, and dashboards updates.
• Register events and speakers in dashboards; assist with contracts for speakers (domestic and international) and create POs for USA/Canada.
• Request invoices and record in internal systems (COFIDI).
• Coordinate document uploads for event completion and notify responsible teams.
• Assist monthly consolidation of provisions related to speakers.
• Negotiate with suppliers and arrange basic logistics for less complex events.
• Maintain high professionalism, efficiency and communication.
