Factorial HR is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end technical workstreams for enterprise accounts, guiding discovery, solution design, and go-live. You will resolve blockers, perform data onboarding, integrations, and testing, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Data, Partnerships, and Sales, delivering hands-on support and building lightweight tools for migrations and data

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in technical consulting, implementations, or solutions engineering within SaaS.
• Strong debugging, data investigation, and scripting ability.
• Comfortable leading conversations with senior customer stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end technical workstreams for enterprise accounts from discovery to go-live.
• Lead workshops and translate requirements into an executable delivery plan.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting, log analysis, and data validation.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to unblock deployments and adoption.
