Wonderful is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer based in CDMX, Mexico City, to tackle high-impact customer problems with AI-driven solutions and production deployments.

In this role, you’ll partner with enterprise customers to understand workflows, design end-to-end deployments, and own projects from problem definition through production outcomes. You’ll work across systems, deliver reliable solutions, and measure business impact in production.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering or related roles.
• Strong fundamentals in software design and system thinking.
• Experience across systems, integrations, and data flows.
• Comfort working directly with customers and owning ambiguous problems.
• Clear communication and ownership mindset.
• Curiosity about building practical AI-powered systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with customers to understand operational challenges and success criteria.
• Translate open-ended problems into technical designs and implementations.
• Build AI agents that integrate with customer systems and perform real tasks.
• Own deployments focusing on reliability, performance, and improvement.
• Test with real data, measure outcomes, and iterate.
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to ship high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to tools, documentation, and best practices for scalable delivery.
