Infor Inc. is seeking a Cloud Consultant to support Infor Workforce Management solutions across the Americas within the IMS organization.

You will analyze business requirements, configure Time & Attendance and MVS, and develop technical solutions using Java, SQL, Groovy, and Cognos. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure high-quality service delivery, and improve system performance for better customer outcomes.

Formación

• Experience supporting, configuring, or administering Infor WFM solutions.
• Hands-on functional expertise with Time & Attendance and MVS.
• Technical experience with Java, Oracle SQL, Groovy, and Cognos reporting.
• Experience in customer-facing support, managed services, or application support.
• Fluent English.
• Ability to work on-site three days per week as part of a hybrid work model.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in Mexico for any employer without visa sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve customer support requests related to Infor Workforce Management solutions, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand business requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver effective solutions.
• Draft functional/technical programming specifications as required.
• Configure, analyze, and support Workforce Management modules including Time & Attendance and MVS.
• Develop and maintain technical solutions utilizing Java, Oracle SQL, Groovy scripting, and Cognos reporting tools.
• Partner with internal teams across Development, R&D, Cloud Operations, and Professional Services to address challenges.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities to improve stability, efficiency, and user experience.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.
