Formación

• Advanced English is required.
• Experience working with technical teams for OIC and OTBI artifacts alignment.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
• Identify and fix defects, perform RCA, and ensure long-term resolution.
• Deploy changes across development, test, and production environments following standard processes.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle WMS Cloud solutions
• Advanced English is required
• Experience on implementation and enhancements activities.
• End Points alignments for WMS configuration and all relater review for the correct functionality with the OIC teams to make sure the E2E connection will work appropriately.
• OTBI tool knowledge to create or align with the tech team any extraction of information from Oracle Cloud
• Previous experience working with Offshore teams
• Experience working with technical teams for OIC and OTBI artifacts alignment
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements to existing solutions
• Identify and fix defects, perform RCA and ensure long-term resolution
• Deploy changes across development, test and production environments following standard processes.
• Maintain documentation for technical designs and support procedures
