IFF, a global leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, seeks an Accounts Billing Support role in a hybrid setup based in Tecnoparque, Azcapotzalco. You will distribute invoices, upload supporting documents, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve submission issues, while generating weekly status reports.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in accounting or business administration, with 0–2 years in billing or OTC, strong Excel skills, and proficient English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in Billing, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or customer-facing administrative functions.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with data accuracy; advanced English proficiency; Excel competency.

Responsabilidades

• Distribute customer invoices via portals, email, and other channels for the NA region.
• Upload invoices and supporting docs to customer invoicing platforms per requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain missing docs and resolve submission issues.
• Monitor submission status and manage rejections or discrepancies in portals.
• Maintain organized records of invoices, docs, and confirmations.
• Prepare weekly reports on invoice volumes, status, submissions, and trends.
• Respond to customer inquiries about invoice distribution and submission status.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes and documentation standards.
• Contribute to continuous billing process improvement initiatives.
