• Experience supporting Payroll, Benefits, Leave, Disability or HR Customer Service.
• English proficiency for business communication (verbal and written).
• Familiarity with HR, payroll case management systems is a plus.

• Provide administrative support for disability and leave cases (STD, LTD, parental leave, etc.).
• Process employee information and transactions following established procedures.
• Review case information for completeness and accuracy in HRIS and vendor systems.
• Handle benefit and payroll-related transactions and calculations with pay elements and offsets.
• Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and support timely completion of transactions.
