Thomson Reuters U.S. Inc. is offering an Application Support Analyst Intern position.

You will work with experienced analysts to troubleshoot issues, monitor performance, and support both internal and external users. Formación

Currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsabilidades

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues; escalate complex problems to senior team members.
Monitor application performance and identify potential issues proactively.
Document support procedures, solutions, and FAQs for knowledge base improvement.
Collaborate with development teams to understand functionalities and upcoming changes.
Participate in testing new application features and updates.
Provide timely communication to users regarding issue status and resolution.
Contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and tools.
