Quantum Corporation seeks an Accounts Payable Manager to lead the AP function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while strengthening internal controls. You will manage vendor relations, oversee invoice processing, and drive process improvements across the outgoing cash cycle.

The role reports to the Controller and partners with the treasury on cash forecasting, audits, and 1099 reporting. This hybrid position requires coordinating with internal teams to maintain data integrity and quality.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in accounts payable, treasury, or related outgoing cash cycle functions.
• 2+ years of experience managing or leading teams.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Ramp preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the daily processing of vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper coding.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and coordinate with stakeholders for timely processing.
• Lead weekly payments, including ACH and checks, in compliance with policies.
• Maintain internal controls and support audit/compliance standards.
• Collaborate with Controller on AP reporting and data integrity.
• Lead the annual 1099 reporting process.
• Support cash forecasting and liquidity planning with treasury.
