The candidate should have deep HVAC knowledge, especially air-cooled chillers and rooftops, and a passion for delivering exceptional service while supporting warranty and field quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of experience with air-cooled chillers, applied rooftop units, or similar Commercial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for diagnosing product, controls, and system-level issues.
• 5+ years of experience using Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally, with a valid passport and U.S. visa.
• Advanced English Proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide post-sale technical support to customers, field service teams, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Support installation, startup, commissioning, operation, and troubleshooting for Commercial HVAC equipment.
• Investigate complex field issues, collect technical data, and determine root causes with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Warranty, and Service teams.
• Develop clear technical reports documenting field conditions, corrective actions, lessons learned, and recommendations.
• Support warranty investigations, analyze field performance trends, and contribute to continuous improvement and product quality initiatives.
• Communicate customer feedback and recurring issues to cross-functional teams to strengthen factory-to-field feedback.
