Jobtailor is seeking a senior laboratory test leader in San Luis Potosí to oversee the development and execution of multiple tests for Air Thermal Systems and to establish new laboratory facilities. You will mentor the technical team and interpret data to drive improvements.

The role requires advanced English, hands-on lab experience, and strong leadership to ensure reliable test programs and technical issue resolution.

Formación

• Interpreting testing standards such as ASHRAE 37 and AHRI 430.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience operating and handling laboratory equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the development and execution of multiple tests for Air Thermal Systems.
• Establishing and commissioning new laboratory facilities.
• Providing leadership and mentorship to the technical team.
• Interpreting test data to identify technical issues.
