Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Sr Supervisor Test & Validation Engineer to oversee lab personnel and complex testing activities in the Systems Engineering group. You will coordinate test technicians, oversee test execution, and drive quality across projects to meet requirements.

Responsibilities include data analysis, calibration, and ensuring ISO 17025 and UL/ETL certifications are maintained. Strong leadership, English fluency, and HVAC domain knowledge are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or technical discipline.
• Fluent English required.
• Knowledge of design processes and tools.
• Thermodynamics fundamentals relevant to HVAC systems.
• HVAC equipment knowledge and applications.
• Electrical and electronics familiarity.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Windchill and LabPro/LabView.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate test technicians in the laboratory and oversee tests.
• Analyze data and evaluate test reports.
• Ensure ISO 17025 quality management in the lab.
• Ensure UL/ETL certification readiness for products.
• Supervise lab equipment operation and maintenance.
• Drive improvement actions with CX-focused teams.
• Manage costs and resource allocation for testing activities.
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with quality systems.
