Bosch-HomeComfort in Nuevo León, Mexico is seeking an experienced HVAC test engineer to validate units (AC and Gas Furnace), oversee test benches, and lead Tester technicians in a fast-moving product-validation team.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, root cause analysis, and effective cross-functional communication. You will ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing and quality groups to deliver robust HVAC solutions.

Formación

• Experience in HVAC testing and product validation.
• Ability to manage test equipment and analyze data.

Responsabilidades

• Validate HVAC units (AC & Gas Furnace).
• Manage and maintain test benches.
• Supervise Tester technicians.
• Ensure data reliability and regulatory compliance.
• Test Bench Availability (Uptime): ≥ 98%.
• On-Time Completion of Validation Testing: ≥ 95%.
• Testes Compliance Rate: 100%.
