Bosch México is seeking a dedicated HVAC Test Engineer to validate HVAC units (AC and Gas Furnace) and supervise Tester technicians in our Nuevo León facility.

You will manage test benches, ensure data reliability, and uphold regulatory compliance, with uptime targets ≥98% and on-time validation completion ≥95%.

This role requires technical leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive product quality and process improvement.
