Crucially, this position bridges traditional HR operations with modern technology. The ideal candidate will leverage the Microsoft 365 suite and Artificial Intelligence (Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to optimize service delivery, and apply intelligent solutions beyond daily operations, applying critical thinking, research, information gathering, and analytical and interpretation skills to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity (e.g., data discrepancies, recurring process errors, or policy interpretation questions), fostering a compliant and ethical work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Tech-Enabled Customer Service: Maintains accurate and confidential records and data related to HR Shared Services, including employee personal details, compensation, benefits enrollment, performance evaluations, and leave records, to ensure compliance with relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulatory guidelines, and company policies. Coordinates data integrity and information transfer with external payroll suppliers, and manages incoming calls, tickets, and inquiries from employees and leaders with a strong customer-service mindset, using HR systems (HCM Oracle).

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset: Identifies manual, repetitive tasks within daily HR workflows (such as onboarding, data updates, and leave requests) and identifies improvement opportunities through data analysis.

  • Core HR Administration: Performs department-specific administrative duties, including employee data management, onboarding/offboarding processing, and payroll coordination, ensuring maximum data integrity.

  • HR Connect and Communication: Actively builds and maintains strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, HR managers, employees, and internal partners, communicating with high clarity, empathy, and simplicity.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Digital Business, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, Customer Service Operations, or Business Process Improvement roles where technology was actively used to solve problems.

  • Language: English proficiency level C1 or C2 (minimum) required.

Technical Skills:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and PowerPoint, or Apple OS equivalent.

  • AI Fluency: Practical experience utilizing Generative AI tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) for text synthesis, drafting, and daily productivity, as well as process automation for manual tasks, is desired.

  • Data & Analytics: Familiarity with Power BI, or basic Python, is highly preferred to support analysis, reporting and data cleanup.

Core Competencies: Strong customer service orientation, analytical mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and a passion for teaching/guiding others on digital tools.

Work Mode & Location:

Ability to work in a Hybrid model, with the flexibility to work at Global Technology and Business Center (GTBC) in Naucalpan, Mexico.
