BMW Group in San Luis Potosí is offering an Human Resources Internship aimed at students who are ready to learn by doing. You will join the HR team from day one, handling responsibilities across talent management, labor relations, and compliance while contributing to projects with real impact.

The program seeks active students in Psychology, Business Administration, or International Trade, with strong English, good grades, and availability for January–June 2027.

Formación

• Must be an active student in Psychology, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• Good grades: 80/100.
• Availability on-site from Jan 1 to Jun 30, 2027 (40 hours/week, Mon–Fri).
• Advanced English skills and valid RFC.

• Assist in talent management, occupational health and safety, and apprenticeship qualification.

Your work will focus primarily:

Requirements:

• Be an active student of Psychology, Business Administration, International Trade or related field of study, coursing6th - 9th semester.
• Good grades 80/100. - Availability (on site) from January 1st to June 30th 2027, preferably between 7:00 am - 2:30 pm (40 hours per week) from Monday to Friday in BMW Group Plant San Luis Potosí.
• Advanced English skills.
• Have a valid RFC.
• Teamwork, enthusiastic, organized and with good communication skills.

Monthly scholarship/stipend of $9,600.00 MXN.

Department Overview: Advises leaders on talent management, labor relations, legal/union compliance, occupational health and safety, organizational culture, and apprentice vocational qualification.

Main Activities:

Support general HR processes, labor relations, union-related topics, and update work instructions.
