Crown Americas LLC busca un Practicante de Recursos Humanos para apoyar al departamento de RR. HH. en la planta de Toluca, en un entorno de manufactura rápido. La pasantía ofrece experiencia práctica y contribución a iniciativas clave de RR. HH.

La posición es de tiempo completo y requiere estudiantes en áreas afines. Beneficios y desarrollo profesional forman parte de la experiencia en Crown.

Formación

• Estudiante actualmente inscrito en programa de Licenciatura en RR. HH., Administración de Empresas o afín.
• Interés en desarrollar carrera en RR. HH.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
• Capacidad para mantener confidencialidad y trabajar en equipo.
• Conocimiento de MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Apoyar en reclutamiento y onboarding: publicar vacantes, revisar currículos, programar entrevistas y preparar papeleo de nuevos ingresos.
• Apoyar a HR Generalists con actividades de relaciones con empleados, recopilación de datos y reuniones.
• Mantener y actualizar sistemas de información de RR. HH. y expedientes de empleados.
• Asistir con tareas de beneficios y cambios de inscripción.
• Investigar y compilar datos para proyectos y reportes de HR, incluidas compensaciones y capacitación.
• Participar en la organización y ejecución de actividades de compromiso de los empleados.
• Realizar tareas administrativas generales para RR. HH.
• Apoyar cumplimiento de políticas y requisitos legales.
