Crown Holdings busca un Coordinador de Manufactura para la planta de Toluca. Coordinará el flujo de producción, asignación de personal y materiales, y garantizará que se cumplan los estándares de seguridad y calidad.

Se requiere ingeniería industrial o afín, experiencia en producción y conocimientos en Lean/ISO 9001. Se valorará bilingüe y manejo de ERP/MRP. Formación y desarrollo profesional dentro de la empresa.

Qualifikationen

• Títulado en Ingeniería Industrial, Manufactura, Administración de Empresas o afín.
• Persona con enfoque en Lean y mejora continua.
• Conocimientos en control estadístico del proceso y normas ISO 9001/FSSC22000.

Aufgaben

• Coordinar actividades diarias de producción, incluyendo programación y flujo de materiales.
• Monitorear avances frente a calendarios y ajustar planes ante cambios de demanda.
• Rastrear KPIs de producción y reportar a gerencia para mejoras.
• Identificar cuellos de botella y proponer mejoras de procesos.
• Garantizar seguridad, calidad y cumplimiento de políticas en planta.
• Colaborar con compras, logística y calidad para disponibilidad de materiales.
• Mantener registros de producción y apoyar entrenamiento de personal.
