Crown Holdings, Inc. in Mexico is seeking an HR professional to coordinate Shared Services Office HR processes, attracting, onboarding, developing and supporting talent while fostering a positive work environment.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training planning, employee engagement, and performance guidance, aligning with Crown Mexico plans and labor law requirements.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
  • Experience in recruitment, training, internal communications, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and applicable labor legislation.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection to fill vacancies with qualified candidates.
  • Manage onboarding processes ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate the annual training schedule with internal/external instructors.
  • Organize events and engagement activities to strengthen culture and environment.
  • Encourage surveys and feedback to improve the employee experience.
  • Advise leaders and employees on performance processes using HR systems.

Job Description

Position Purpose
Coordinate and execute Human Resources processes for the Shared Services Office, aligned with Crown Mexico's plans and guidelines, to ensure the attraction, onboarding, development, and well-being of talent while fostering a positive work environment and supporting the achievement of organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to ensure the timely filling of vacancies with candidates who meet the required profiles.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and applicable legal requirements.
  • Plan and coordinate the training schedule in collaboration with internal and external instructors to support the Annual Training Plan.
  • Organize events, employee engagement activities, and internal communication campaigns that strengthen organizational culture and promote a positive work environment.
  • Encourage employee participation in surveys and feedback initiatives to identify opportunities for improving the employee experience.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees by delivering the information and resources needed to perform their roles effectively.
  • Advise leaders and employees on performance management processes, ensuring proper use of SuccessFactors and the accuracy of recorded information.
Required Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and selection, training, internal communication, and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources processes and applicable labor legislation.
  • Experience using talent management systems (preferably SuccessFactors).
  • Strong communication, organization, and internal customer service skills.
