SSOE, Inc. is seeking an Human Resources Intern in León, Mexico. You will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, people-first environment where HR plays a strategic role in shaping the organization’s future.

You’ll work alongside experienced HR professionals, supporting employee records, onboarding activities, and internal communications while developing professional skills in a corporate setting.

Formación

  • Must be a current student in one of the listed fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency preferred.
  • Mandatory: professional social service letter from educational institution.
  • Work schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–1:00 pm.

Responsabilidades

  • Support the organization and filing of physical and digital employee records.
  • Assist with updating and entering information in HR databases and systems.
  • Help prepare employment verification letters, correspondence, and administrative documents.
  • Provide support for onboarding activities and other personnel-related administrative processes.
  • Assist with internal communications, employee events, and engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative follow-up on requests, records, and departmental projects.

Responsibilities

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule and within budget in a team environment.

Qualifications

What You Will Bring:

  • Current student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Industrial Relations, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Intermediate to Advance English proficiency is preferred.
  • Mandatory: Professional social service requirement letter issued by the educational institution.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm
