SSOE Group Mexico is seeking an HR Analyst to join a dynamic team. The role focuses on benefits administration, onboarding, payroll assistance, and HR policies in a growing organization based in León, Guanajuato.

This position collaborates with the Corporate Benefits Team and reports to US-based leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HR experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and advanced English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, HR Management, Labor Relations or related field.
• Cédula and Título from the Bachelor's degree are a requirement.
• Minimum 5 years related HR experience (HR Rep/Generalist/Executive).
• Experience with NOM 035 / Learning & Development / Talent Management / OD is preferred.
• Advanced English level required (reports to US).

Responsabilidades

• Drafting employment contracts and onboarding processes.
• Registering new employees in company systems.
• Coordinating delivery of work equipment and tools.
• Monitoring vacations, absences, and deductions; handling terminations.
• Assisting with staff counseling, development, and corrective action programs.
• Administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policies with Corporate Benefits."

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all encompassing:

Hiring and Onboarding

Drafting employment contracts

Registering new employees in the company's systems

Coordinating the delivery of work equipment and tools

Incident Control

Monitoring and controlling vacations, sick leave, permits, absences, and deductions

Handling termination processes and deregistration in internal systems

Conducting exit interviews

Employee Counseling and Development

Assisting managers with staff counseling and development

Providing assistance with the corrective action program

Benefits Administration

Under direction and in partnership of Corporate Benefits Team:

Administering major, minor, and life medical insurance policies

Annual renewal with providers and follow-up on claims and employee inquiries

Assists with organizing, communicating, and implementing benefits and perks

Maintaining relationships with providers and conducting internal benefit campaigns

Providing employee support and problem resolution

Policies and Procedures

Assist in drafting policies and procedures

Updating the internal portal

Organizational Development

Assist HR Manger with accessing the work environment, performance evaluations, and training needs of employees

Applying, interpreting, and monitoring compliance with NOM035

Collaborating with managers on the annual salary strategy

What You Will Bring:

• Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations or any other bachelor´s degree that may be related to the field.
• Cédula and Titulo from the Bachelor´s degree are a requirement for this position
• Minimum of 5 or more years related practical experience with another employer within HR role such as HR Representative, HR Generalist, HR Executive, or any related
• Prior experience in Human Resources focused on NOM 035 / Learning and Development / Talent Management / Organizational Development
• Advanced English level is required. (Will report to US)
