Uline, Inc. busca un Coordinador de Recursos Humanos para la sucursal de Monterrey. Serás la persona de contacto para candidatos y nuevos ingresos, asegurando un proceso de contratación sin fricciones.

Con un enfoque organizado y habilidades de comunicación, colaborarás con el equipo para gestionar entrevistas, onboarding y administración HR, contribuyendo a una experiencia inicial positiva para los empleados.

Formación

• Bilingüe (Inglés / Español) hablado y escrito.
• Habilidades de comunicación excelentes y servicio al cliente.
• Al menos 2 años de experiencia en HR o administración relacionada.

Responsabilidades

• Contactar a candidatos para programar entrevistas y apoyo en onboarding.
• Realizar evaluaciones previas y mantener registros de candidatos.
• Comunicar detalles de candidatos a los equipos de entrevista, incluido la gerencia.
• Gestionar la bandeja de entrada de HR y hacer seguimiento.
• Proporcionar apoyo administrativo y preparar resúmenes semanales de reclutamiento.

Position Responsibilities

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.
• Conduct candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.
• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow-ups as needed.
• Provide administrative support, assist projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field is a must.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
• 2+ years in HR or relevant administrative experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
