FORVIA is seeking an experienced HSE & Property Security Coordinator to lead Health, Safety, Environment, and Property Security at our Monterrey manufacturing site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, promote a strong safety culture, and safeguard assets with robust security programs.

Responsibilities include developing the HSE management system, conducting audits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and risk mitigation.

Formación

• Master's degree or higher (Bac+5) with HSE specialization or equivalent industrial experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental/Industrial Security or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Manufacturing HSE and/or Industrial Security.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate Health, Safety, Environment and Property Security activities within the manufacturing facility.
• Develop and implement HSE Management system and review with management committee.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and drive continuous improvement themes.
• Promote HSE culture through indicators, tools, and cross-functional projects.
• Audit site compliance, identify gaps, and oversee corrective actions.
• Coordinate site security programs, access control, CCTV, and security operations.
• Maintain relationships with government agencies, auditors, and external stakeholders.
