Cooper Standard Automotive in Torreón, Mexico, is seeking an experienced HS&E professional to administer and advance the site’s safety and environmental programs. The role emphasizes collaboration with all departments to foster a safe, compliant workplace.

You will lead safety training, maintain records, conduct audits, and coordinate with regulatory agencies while promoting continuous improvement and a strong safety culture across the plant.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
• 3+ years in HSE in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge of state and federal HSE regulations.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 internal auditor certification preferred/supported.
• First Aid/CPR/AED certifications required or sponsored.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Audits facility for hazards and ensures corrective actions.
