Job summary

Cummins is seeking an HR People Support Advisor in Ciudad de Flores, Nuevo León. This on-site role starts 100% on-site for 8–9 months, then shifts to a hybrid model (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).

You will serve as the HR contact for employees, support payroll coordination, and ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and company policies. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years HR experience, strong English, and solid HRIS/Excel skills.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HR Generalist or advisor experience in multinational environments.
• Advanced English proficiency for international collaboration.
• Strong Office/Excel analytics and HRIS experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR contact for employees, handling inquiries end-to-end.
• Coordinate with Payroll to resolve compensation and payroll inquiries.
• Manage multi-channel communications (phone, tickets, Teams, in-person).
• Support labor relations, benefits, payroll, and compliance with local law.
• Leverage HRIS, analytics tools, and AI tools to improve service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to policies and data privacy guidelines.
