Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc (CVG) is seeking an HR Manager in Chihuahua to lead HR operations, policy development and staff development. You will oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations, safety programs, and training, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and legal requirements.

The role requires management experience, strong communication, and the ability to implement improvements across HR processes and performance management. Collaboration with site leadership is essential.

Formación

• A career in management is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a similar position is required.
• Experience in operations management.
• LFT knowledge.
• Personnel management.
• Effective communication.
• Verbal skills.
• English Proficiency: High.
• You must be able to communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the organization.
• Ability to generate reports and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to employee questions.

Responsabilidades

• Promote Safety, Health and Hygiene at Work and environmental standards.
• Coordinate motivational events to maintain a positive work environment.
• Support analysis of staff competence and HR objectives under IATF 16949 system.
• Provide advice and training on HR policies, procedures and practices.
• Guide managers in labor relations, benefits and services.
• Plan and budget HR programs and payroll-related processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of HR records and documentation.
• Develop and review HR policies, procedures and programs to meet company goals.
• Oversee hiring, recruitment strategies and university/industry recruitment events.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and retention strategies; ensure compliance with laws.
• Negotiate collective agreement terms and ensure employee relations are healthy.
