Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Assistant Intern to support a part of the HRBP team aligned to one Business Unit. You will help develop and implement HR plans and solutions to drive strategic initiatives and deliver results, while collaborating with Global HR teams on projects with global impact.

This role supports project management for training, succession planning, policy review, and process improvement, working with line managers to address employee relations and analytics to enhance retention.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Partner with business on workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment.
• Review and analyze unit data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
• Work with line managers and employees to address employee relations issues with balanced interests.
• Implement/administer/interpret corporate policies and programs.
• Plan, manage and improve leadership review processes and related objectives for performance and talent development.
• Review and analyze retention and employee experience metrics to suggest improvements.
• Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to reach potential.
• Collaborate with business groups to create and implement innovative employee engagement solutions.
• Provide ongoing HR support to leadership on policies and procedures.
