Corning Incorporated in Reynosa, MX is seeking an HR Shift Representative to address employee concerns, manage disciplinary actions, and support onboarding while maintaining accurate reports and metrics. The role fosters positive labor relations and ensures compliance with internal policies.

The successful candidate will oversee disciplinary actions, prepare reports, act as primary contact for union delegates, monitor HR KPIs, assist supervisors, and manage onboarding for new hires in a growing

Formación

• Bachelor's degree, preferred in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations.
• Up to 2 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent
• KPI's management (absenteeism and turnover)

Responsabilidades

• Manage disciplinary actions including investigations and implementing disciplinary measures as necessary
• Prepare detailed disciplinary reports
• Enforce internal regulations consistently to resolve labor conflicts
• Serve as primary contact for union delegates while addressing union-related matters effectively
• Monitor KPIs related specifically towards labor relations
• Supports supervisors on HR-related issues
• Oversee the onboarding process for new employees
