Corning Incorporated in Reynosa is seeking a proactive Labor Relations Supervisor to strengthen employee relations and ensure a compliant workplace for both salaried and union employees on the plant floor.

You will coach plant leadership, manage grievances, monitor HR metrics, and drive labor relations initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Proactive, hands-on professional with strong communication, critical thinking, and a visible presence on the plant floor.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Labor Relations, Law, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of HR labor relations experience as supervisor; experience leading labor relations actions and using key HR metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure compliance with labor relations policies, collective bargaining agreements, employment laws, and safety requirements.
• Support and coach plant leadership on union matters, employee relations, and management practices that promote a positive work environment.
• Manage employee grievances, resolve workplace issues fairly and consistently, and maintain a strong presence on the plant floor.
• Lead and support labor relations initiatives, monitor key HR indicators, and coordinate labor relations team and employee service activities.
