Qualifikationen

• Up to 2 years of HR experience, in Talent Acquisition or Shared Services environment preferred.
• Advanced English.

Aufgaben

• Administers change management strategies to support successful implementation.
• Implements HR programs/policies in line with current legal requirements and Corning values.
• Researches external market practices to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gathers and analyzes data on HR program performance and creates reports/presentations.
• Develops subject matter experts through independent research and professional group participation.
• Recommends standardization of HR programs to reduce complexity and costs.
• Identifies trends and enabling technologies to meet strategic objectives.
• Builds HR reputation through value-added customer interactions.
• Monitors vendor performance with Procurement and other functions; resolves issues.
