Corning Incorporated in Monterrey, Mexico seeks a senior HR leader to shape compensation and benefits programs across its plants. You will partner with HR and business leaders to deliver data–driven compensation solutions that attract, retain, and improve organizational performance.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree in HR/BA, 5+ years in HR with a compensation and benefits focus, proven HR process deployment, global HR experience, and advanced English.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
  • 5+ years in human resources with a compensation/benefits focus.
  • Experience developing and deploying HR processes.
  • Experience supporting global HR initiatives.
  • Advanced English.

Responsabilidades

  • Contribute to compensation & benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct compensation analysis for senior roles to support strategy.
  • Support compensation strategy, including benchmarking and merit planning.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business units to guide compensation decisions.
  • Contribute to budgeting and workforce planning aligned with business needs.

What is your role?

Act as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders, providing data-driven insights to design and manage compensation and benefits programs that drive talent attraction, retention, and organizational performance.

Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:
  • Contribute to the implementation of Compensation & Benefits programs and initiatives.
  • Conduct compensation analysis for senior-level roles, generating insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support compensation strategy, including salary benchmarking and merit planning across Corning Mexico’s plants.
  • Partner with HR leadership and business unit leaders to guide compensation decisions, including salary positioning, promotions, and internal equity.
  • Contribute to compensation budgeting and workforce planning initiatives aligned with business needs.
What do you need to have?
  • Bachelor´s degree. Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on Compensations and Benefits.
  • Proven track record in the development and deployment of HR processes and programs.
  • Experience supporting or implementing global HR business processes or initiatives.
  • Advanced English
