You will support workflows in SuccessFactors and the internal HR Portal, handle HR transactions like Payroll Insights and Vacation Requests, and log every interaction for timely follow-up. This role emphasizes service quality and process improvements within SAP SuccessFactors-based processes.

• Assist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights, Vacation Requests, and General Guidance.
• Log and track all interactions to ensure timely and complete follow-up.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements through SOPs and call scripts.
