Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field.
• 4+ years in HR operations, shared services, or HR administration.
• Proven experience managing lifecycle HR processes and complex transactions.
• Experience analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and recommending improvements.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and data management practices.
• Experience creating and maintaining process documentation/SOPs.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with sound decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for assigned HR operational processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Manage and oversee complex HR transactions and process exceptions.
• Analyze HR operational metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure accurate execution of onboarding, changes, leave, and terminations.
• Audit data quality and ensure compliance across HR systems and records.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Partner with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, and other stakeholders.
• Identify gaps and risks; propose and implement solutions.
• Support automation, standardization, and service optimization initiatives.
• Participate in system implementations and change management; assist testing.
