Dematic is seeking an HR Operations Analyst responsible for intake, triage, and resolution of inquiries across the Americas. You’ll document requests, route them to appropriate teams, and maintain accurate case records to ensure timely closure.

Strong English communication and collaboration across HR functions are essential in this role. You will support knowledge base improvements, monitor inquiry trends, and help enhance the employee experience by following established processes and service

Formación

• Associate's or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience supporting employees, customers, stakeholders, or operational processes in HR/shared services.
• Experience using documented processes, service procedures, case management, ticketing systems, or shared inbox environments; Workday/SharePoint preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee, manager, and HR inquiries through approved service channels.
• Receive, document, and triage requests, ensuring required information is collected and requests are routed appropriately.
• Resolve routine HR process and policy inquiries using approved knowledge articles, job aids, and documented procedures.
• Provide timely communication, follow-up, and status updates throughout the request lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate case documentation, records, and data within applicable systems.
• Escalate complex, sensitive, or non-standard inquiries to the appropriate HR Operations, HR Generalists, HR Site Support, HRBP and/or COE.
• Support the maintenance and improvement of knowledge articles, FAQs, templates, and other support resources.
• Identify recurring inquiry trends and opportunities to improve process navigation, process effectiveness, and employee experience.
• Other responsibilities as required.
