Inspired Education Group in Monterrey, Mexico, is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the day-to-day HR functions for AIM school, aligning people practices with local labour laws and Inspired policies.

You will partner with the Head of School and regional HR team to manage the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews, employee relations, payroll coordination, and offboarding—ensuring a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, psychology, or related field.
• Experience in an HR Manager, HRBP, HR Generalist, or similar role with full lifecycle responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labour legislation and HR best practices.
• Experience managing employee relations, performance, recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with senior leaders.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Head of School and SLT, providing HR guidance and aligned priorities.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, documentation, and offboarding.
• Coordinate recruitment with Talent Acquisition, supporting hiring processes and onboarding.
• Ensure all HR files, contracts, documentation and records are complete, confidential and compliant.
• Manage employee relations, guiding leaders and employees to resolve issues promptly.
• Support performance management: probation periods, reviews, and development conversations.
• Assist workforce planning, changes, succession, retention with regional leadership.
• Coordinate payroll-related information with Finance/Payroll teams.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, and other HR processes; ensure follow-up and documentation.
• Support engagement, wellbeing, and retention initiatives for a positive culture.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and Inspired policies and safeguarding.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and key people metrics (headcount, turnover).
• Participate in regional HR initiatives and process improvements.
