Responsibilities include HR management, compliance, recruitment, and organizational development. Candidates must have at least 2 years of HR experience and excellent English communication skills. • At least 2+ years of similar work experience managing full employee life cycle.
• At least 1+ year of recruitment & headhunting experience with a successful track record.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: contracts, leaves, sick days.
• Maintain personnel information in the HRM system.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with local labor laws.
• Organizational Development and Culture – improve climate and culture.
• Full-cycle recruitment and training coordination.
