Job summary

Flex is spinning off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into Axiom, and this HR Generalist role supports the Guadalajara site’s HR initiatives, training programs, and employee relations for a manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Site HRBP Director and work on HR policies, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with the HR team to drive growth and profitability for the site.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in education and experience in a Human Resource related function.
• 3-5 years of Human Resources Generalist or related experience.
• Employee Relations experience required.
• Must be available to work second shift.
• Demonstrated advanced experience and skills associated with performing HR functions.
• Ability to provide on-site support.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.
• Excel & PowerPoint experience; Intermediate level required - advanced proficiency a plus.
• Workday experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provides training and guidance to site employees, supervisors and managers on programs, systems and interpretation and application of HR policies and procures
• Manages Employee Relations issues/investigations and assists with workplace concerns or risks for night shift workforce
• Impacts business initiatives and decision making by highlighting trends and opportunities for improvements through data analysis and presentation of data analytics
• Establishes and develops relationships at all levels of the organization by interacting with workforce on a consistent basis
• Attends regularly scheduled meetings to collaborate with HR Team to deliver on HR strategies and actions to support the growth and profitability of the site
