Molex, a Koch company, seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive people strategies aligned with organizational objectives in a manufacturing environment. You will serve as a trusted advisor to designated client groups, translating business priorities into talent solutions while fostering compliance, engagement and continuous improvement.

This role collaborates across HR functions to enable long-term business success.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in a multinational organization.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices in Mexico.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders to translate priorities into HR solutions.
• Provide HR consultation to improve engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations and safety requirements.
• Coordinate and lead HR projects and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on planning and onboarding.
• Support performance management, talent reviews, and capability-building activities.
• Guide leaders through organizational change, restructures and workforce transformations.
• Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and separations.
• Strengthen HR programs and communications across functions.

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to partner closely with business leaders and drive people strategies that support organizational objectives. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to designated client groups, helping translate business priorities into talent solutions while fostering a culture of compliance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement.

You will play a key role in talent acquisition, labor relations, employee development, performance management, workforce planning, and change management initiatives that enable long-term business success.

What You Will Do

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and develop HR solutions that support business objectives.
• Provide HR consultation and recommendations to improve employee engagement, retention, organizational effectiveness, and workforce capability.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and statutory requirements while promoting a fair, safe, and engaging work environment.
• Experience coordinating and leading HR projects
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to support workforce planning and attract, hire, and onboard high-quality talent.
• Facilitate employee development initiatives, talent reviews and capability-building activities.
• Support performance management processes and guide leaders in maximizing employee contribution and development.
• Partner with leaders through organizational changes, restructures, workforce transformations, and talent optimization initiatives.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, labor issues, investigations, performance improvement plans, and separation processes.
• Support employee communications and help strengthen understanding of HR programs, policies, and business initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships across HR functions and other business teams to develop solutions that create value for the organization.
• Champion company culture and serve as a proactive steward of Principle Based Management™.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support initiatives related to quality, safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar HR leadership role within a multinational organization.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, employee relations, and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives, adapt to change, and drive results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience as an HR Business Partner supporting automotive and/or electronics manufacturing operations.
• Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Experience leading organizational change, workforce transformation, or restructuring initiatives.
• Experience with talent review, succession planning, and leadership development processes.
• Knowledge of structured problem‑solving methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis, 5 Whys, 8D, DMAIC, or Pareto Analysis.
• Experience partnering with leaders to develop high‑performing teams and enhance organizational capability.
