Molex in Mexico is seeking a Recruitment and Selection analyst to attract, evaluate, and hire talent aligned with our business philosophy and needs.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment, work with internal stakeholders, and ensure a smooth candidate experience across sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

This role emphasizes managing high-volume hiring, using metrics to improve processes, and collaborating with external agencies and schools to build a strong pipeline.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Fields such as business administration, psychology, human resources, or related (recent graduates welcome).
• Advanced English level (B2), able to communicate effectively in professional settings (spoken, read, and written).
• Experience using recruitment tools and systems (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to analyze candidate information and make informed hiring decisions.

As a Recruitment and Selection analyst, you will be responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring talent aligned with the company’s business philosophy and needs. This role plays a key part in ensuring the organization has the right people by leading effective recruitment strategies and maintaining high standards throughout the selection process.

Our Team

You will be part of the Human Resources team, working closely with all departments of the company as well as with external partners such as agencies, schools, and government institutions. This position supports business growth by ensuring a steady flow of qualified talent throughout the organization.

What You Will Do
