A leading global sewing machine company is looking for a Talent Management & Analytics Supervisor in Mexico City to lead people strategy implementation, manage payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in HR operations management, with a strong understanding of payroll processes in Mexico. This role requires proficiency in both Spanish and English, along with exceptional organizational and project management skills. Enjoy a collaborative culture with a hybrid work environment.

Formación

• 5+ years experience in HR operations managing payroll in Mexico.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of Mexico Labor Law (LFT).

Responsabilidades

• Manage payroll processing and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with social security and labor obligations.
• Support employee relations with empathy and clarity.
