Munters in Mexico is seeking a People & Culture Analyst to provide comprehensive HR support to manufacturing operations. You will act as a key contact for employees and leaders, guiding HR policies and processes across recruitment, onboarding, performance, engagement, and offboarding.

• Serve as a key People & Culture contact for employees and leaders, providing guidance and support on HR policies, processes, and day-to-day employee matters.
• Manage employee administration throughout the employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, personnel changes, attendance management, terminations, and personnel file maintenance.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for direct and indirect positions within the plant, from candidate sourcing and screening through hiring and onboarding.
• Monitor, analyze, and report HR metrics and key people indicators, providing insights to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, recognition activities, and company events.

About The Role

We are looking for a People & Culture (P&C) Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive HR support to our manufacturing operations.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees and leaders, supporting the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding through employee relations, performance management, engagement, and offboarding. You will work closely with plant leadership and the P&C team to ensure effective execution of HR processes while contributing to a positive employee experience and workplace culture.
