Zusammenfassung

Mama Shelter Group seeks a Maintenance/Service Head to uphold cleanliness and guest experience across rooms and public areas. You will coordinate with the subcontractor, supervise the cleaning contract, and manage laundry and hospitality supply orders.

You are the central link among internal teams and external vendors, anticipating issues, driving cost control, and ensuring Mama’s standards are consistently met.

The MISSION?

Mama does not compromise with cleanliness and hygiene! You are the person she trusts to pamper her establishment with one essential objective in mind: customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the quality of the maintenance in the rooms and common areas. Thanks to your sense of detail, Mama will remain as good as new, ensuring our guests can have a perfect experience. Direct coordinator between the subcontracting company & Mama, you control the work carried out and ensure the proper application of the cleaning contract. You coordinate with the various internal and external services. You’re in charge of the orders for the laundry and non-consumables (hospitality products and equipment in the room). As a head of service, you are on the lookout for any malfunctions, comments, and customer complaints.
