Founded in 2008 by Serge Trigano and his sons Jérémie and Benjamin (co‑founders of Club Med), Mama Shelter is a creator of living spaces and a daily director!

These are atypical places, where everyone feels at home, places born of a blend of influences, freedoms, sensations and emotions. Each Mama tells the story of the city in which it is located, and all influences blend together. We offer our guests a joyful atmosphere and exceptional service at an affordable price.

More than just rooms and restaurants, Mama Shelter is a dynamic, a vibe: they are true urban refuges, not only aesthetically pleasing and modern but also popular, welcoming and sexy.

Whatever your role, we're all here to make the customer experience as unforgettable as possible.

Our mission: to bring little moments of happiness to people.

Our growth has enabled us to offer our teams great career paths through internal development and international mobility, and it's not a question of diplomas or years of experience.

Mama Shelter is part of Ennismore, a creative hotel group rooted in cultures and destinations, with a global portfolio of brands. Ennismore is a joint venture with Accor, founded in 2021.

And now, Mama Shelter is making its big debut in Mexico bringing its rebel spirit and unapologetic fun to La Roma. Mexico City is about to get the Mama treatment, sociable, inclusive, and never too serious. When life gets boring, run to Mama.

Ennismore is a creative hospitality company with a global collective of entrepreneurial and founder‑built brands with purpose at their heart. Made up of three business units, comprising 17 brands; 180+ operating hotels and resorts, with over 90 iconic venues, and over 300 restaurants and bars. Ennismore puts innovation at the centre of everything it does, with four dedicated in‑house specialist studios, a creative studio of interior and graphic designers; a digital product and tech innovation lab, and a partnerships and collaborations unit. Ennismore is committed to positively impacting the world, with a key focus on creating inclusive communities among its teams and in the places it calls home.

THE MISSION?

Our guests, our team and our house sleep easy because you're watching over them .

You are the calm in the chaos: you anticipate risks, keep an eye on every corner (without ever making it feel like Big Brother ) and make sure Mama's home stays a safe, joyful place, day and night.

You recruit, train, lead & coordinate the Security team, and you're the first name on the call sheet when something needs handling.

You design and roll out safety, fire and emergency procedures, and you make sure the whole hotel — from the front desk to the rooftop — knows the drill (literally).

You're the friendly link between our teams, our guests, local authorities and neighbors, always fair, always discreet, always Mama.

You manage access control, CCTV monitoring and incident reporting, and when things get spicy , you de‑escalate before they combust.

You keep a close watch over events, parties and our (very lively ) rooftop, without ever killing the vibe.

The guest experience must feel free and easy , and you're the one quietly making sure it stays that way .

Your presence is reassuring, not intimidating; you're the friendly bouncer everyone secretly loves .

You know how to read a room before it reads you: you spot trouble before it starts.

You know how to mobilize the necessary resources (Human, Technical & Administrative) to keep the house safe.

You know how to enforce the rules without turning into Robocop .

With excellent people skills, you never run out of calm when faced with a heated situation.

You know how to manage pressure and stress; Master Yoda taught you everything…

Confidentiality is important to you: what happens to Mama stays with Mama .

You know how to use the right tools to report to your management: your incident reports are as sharp as your instincts.

You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.

You know how to keep occupancy AND everyone's peace of mind at 100%: SAFETY FIRST!

True teacher, you like to transmit your knowledge and train the young Padawans into Jedi (of security).

YOUR LITTLE EXTRAS :

For you, Ocean's Eleven is not just a heist movie but above all, a masterclass in security gaps .

You are a real leader, and you know how to keep a team calm under pressure!

You're fluent in CCTV systems, access control software and walkie‑talkie etiquette .

You know Mexico City and its neighborhood La Roma like the back of your hand — every street, every shortcut, every rhythm of the barrio.

Unbeatable at chess , you always think three moves ahead.

We’re sure you know the beat:

1st verse: We set up a first telephone interview with our HR if your application moves to our rhythm.
Chorus: After the successful telephone interview, we will see you at Mama, be ready!
(chorus x2 depending on the position)
Last verse: Mama won’t leave you wondering; you will have an answer from us whatever the outcome.
