Fairfield by Marriott maintenance position seeks a hands-on engineer to handle guest repair requests and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities. You will inspect and repair various systems, communicate with guests on issues, and maintain tools and inventories to ensure smooth operations.

Experience in hotel engineering is preferred; a high school diploma or GED is required, and a valid driver's license may be necessary depending on location.

Formación

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen and mechanical room equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
